About Me

Hi! My name is Jake. I’m a Test Engineer supporting projects ranging from custom machines to optimizing run rates. I have a mechanical engineering background and have served in the military. However, consulting in manufacturing is my passion.

As a consultant I have experience with improving operating efficiency in woodshops to pharmaceutical production and everything in-between. Some of my proudest work accomplishments include: adjusting existing machine functions to solve a large down time problem, optimizing a line for over 25% RTE increase in less than 8 weeks, and reorganizing a shop layout for efficient operation.

My mission is to use my experience and expertise to improve the community around me. By improving the reliability, quality, and profitability of production I aim to keep and grow the number of jobs in my community while improving work lives of the people and companies I consult for.
